Internationalisation via E-commerce

Dholetec has implemented an internationalisation project through e-commerce, based on the development of a website with e-commerce features, the creation and management of social media, a communication and branding plan, the hiring of a marketing professional to produce digital content, and the acquisition of supporting software and hardware. The project aims to increase the company's global visibility and to win new customers in international markets (with an initial focus on the Iberian Peninsula) through digital channels.

Objectives
- Develop and optimise a multilingual online store / e-commerce;
- Strengthen digital communication, branding and social media presence;
- Reinforce the digital marketing team (content creation, SEO/SEA);
- Capture international sales through digital channels.
Expected results
Creation of an owned online store; presence in 2 markets in the digital marketing actions; growth of international sales through digital channels (target of €50,000 in the 1st year).
